5.        Intumescent  Seal Size- 10mm x 4mm – 2 Nos for door frame
6.        Intumescent Seal Size- 20mm x 4mm – 1 Nos for door shutter
7.        Navair Core Construction- 44mm thick
8.        Total door shutter thickness with commercial ply both sides – 50mm
